Adenan Md Yusof, a Malaysian, aged 46, was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn Bhd on 18 May 2010.

Upon graduation, Adenan works for two of the largest architectural practice in the US i.e. Harry Weese and Associates and Lohan Associates where he gained tremendous design experience on various building types from residential to 5 star hotel and office building and exposure to project management.

After almost 3 years of working in Chicago, Adenan came back to Malaysia and joined Perunding Alam Bina, a medium size architectural practice in Kuala Lumpur as Architect. Thereafter, in 1993, Adenan had the opportunity to join KLCC Berhad (“KLCCB”) and worked on the prestigious Petronas Twin Tower project. At KLCCB, he managed to gain valuable knowledge and experience in managing big projects.

Adenan later joined Amanah Capital Partners Berhad (“Amanah Capital”) in January 1995, and thereafter promoted to Senior Manager and heading the property division. He was responsible in overseeing all property investment under the Group. With vast experience in project management, at Amanah Capital, he managed to complete two major projects i.e. The Menara UMNO Pulau Pinang and the Kirana/Ascott Kuala Lumpur, a high-end condominium project. Adenan gained a valuable knowledge and experience in developing high end properties following the completion of Kirana and Ascott projects. He later joined a consultancy firm, Mediconsult Sdn. Bhd. where he was responsible in completing a teaching hospital in Semarang, Indonesia.

In early 2003 Adenan joined KUB Malaysia Berhad as General Manager and thereafter was seconded to KUB Realty Sdn. Bhd, the property arm of KUB. Adenan left KUB and joined Terengganu Incorporated, a State investment arm in January 2008 to head its property investment division.  As the Group General Manager, he was responsible in producing a strategic plan for property investment.

Adenan joined Amanah Raya Berhad in 2009 as Assistant General Manager at the Group Managing Directors’ Office where he assisted the Group Managing Director in all matters related to property activities and investment undertaken by the Group. He was also responsible for the restructuring and streamlining the property related companies within the Group.

Adenan holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois, USA.

LIM JIN ENG
Head, Operations & Finance

Lim Jin Eng has been with AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd. since September 2009. Prior to that, she was with AmanahRaya-JMF Asset Management Sdn Bhd (“ARJMF”) whereby she was primarily responsible for all the reporting and financial monitoring of AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust (“ARREIT”) which was managed by ARJMF then.

Lim Jin Eng started her career with Southern Finance Berhad as an executive. Her role was to assist in preparing reports to Bank Negara Malaysia and to the Board of Directors of the financial institution. She was subsequently attached with two medium accounting firms i.e. Monteiro & Heng (presently known as Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng) and Horwath (presently known as Crowe Horwath) for 5 years before joining ARJMF. During her services with the accounting firms, she was a team leader with a portfolio of clients from various industries, including public listed companies. She was also involved in due diligences and investigations for local and overseas clients of the firms.

Lim Jin Eng holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Finance) from the Charles Sturt University, Australia and is an associate of CPA Australia since 2003.

FAKRU RADZI BIN AB GHANI
Head of Real Estate Funds & REIT

Fakru Radzi, is currently heading the Real Estate Investment Department of AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn Bhd. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Estate Management with Honours from the University of Liverpool John Moores, United Kingdom.

Prior to joining AmanahRaya-JMF Asset Management (“ARJMF”), he was attached with several property consultancy firms for 8 years which he was involved in various exercises focusing on real estate valuation, agency and research. He started his career as a valuer in Hakimi & Associates before joining Colliers, Jordan Lee & Jaafar where he spent over 6 years with the firm in which his last designation was as Assistant Manager. He was the key person in the valuation of eight properties listed in AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust (“ARREIT”) with total asset value of RM336.85 million. He was also involved in the valuation of assets for Axis and UOA for the proposed listing of Axis REIT and UOA REIT. In 2007, he moved to PPC International Property Consultant as a Senior Manager heading the Valuation Department which he was responsible for various valuation exercises and market & feasibility studies for residential, commercial and hotel developments.

In ARJMF, he was one of the integral personnel in most of property activities undertaken by AmanahRaya, being the Manager in the Real Estate Investment department responsible for all due diligence exercises for property acquisition by both ARREIT and Kumpulan Wang Bersama (“KWB”). As at to date, he has completed over RM700 million worth of property transactions for ARREIT and KWB. Besides that, he has been involved with other property funds under AmanahRaya Berhad (“ARB”) and several development projects which ARB is the Joint Venture partner. He is also overseeing the property management exercises i.e. managing the KWB’s and ARREIT’s property portfolios covering an approximate lettable area more than 3 million square feet.

SITI ADILAH AZIZ
Head, Property Management

Siti Adilah started her career with Khong & Jaafar Sdn Bhd, as a valuation officer before joining the President Hotel Sdn. Bhd. the manager of Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur. During her service with The President Hotel Sdn. Bhd., she was responsible for the property management of President House which is an office complex annexed to Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur. Her job scope was inclusive of maintenance, day to day operation and tenancy management of the office space and hotel.

Siti Adilah holds a Diploma and a Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management from the Universiti Teknologi MARA.

NOR HAKIM ISMAIL
Compliance Officer

Prior to ARJMF, he was in Avenue Invest Berhad as Investor Care Executive. In Avenue Invest Berhad, he was exposed to the day to day monitoring and analysing investors' investment performance. He was also exposed to monitoring the local and international key economic indicators for news dissemination to inventors. Before Avenue Invest Berhad, he had a brief stint at KLCity Unit Trust Berhad as Sales Consultant in 2004. Hakim began his career in end of 2000 working in various fields before landed on capital market industry.

Hakim holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Malaya and had attended a Certificate in Law programme with the International Islamic University Malaysia.
