ARRIET was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 26 February 2007 with eight (8) anchor properties at the total book value of RM337 million, following a corporate exercise in 2007, a further five (5) properties were injected into ARRIET. As at 31 December 2008, ARREIT’s portfolio had 13 properties with a total book value of RM686.332 million.
The 13 properties are of diversified sector comprising Office (4 properties), Educational (2 properties), Industrial (5 properties) and Hotel (2 properties). The mix of the type of properties provides investment exposure to a well-diversified income from a property based portfolio.
