ARREIT PROPERTY PORTFOLIO

ARREIT was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 26 February 2007 with eight (8) anchor properties at the total book value of RM337 million, following a corporate exercise in 2007, a further five (5) properties were injected into ARRIET. As at 30 June 2010, ARREIT's portfolio had 15 properties with a total book value of RM913.332 million.

The 15 properties are of diversified sector comprising Office (5 properties), Educational (2 properties), Industrial (5 properties), Hotel (2 properties) and a Retail Mall (1 property). The mix of the type of properties provides investment exposure to a well-diversified income from a property based portfolio.
